Responsibility

It is funny to me that we criticize people who find themselves in need of bankruptcy protection, but that same vitriol never seems to be out for companies who need the same protection? Why is that? Why do conservatives scream about "individual responsibility" (for some anyway, most notably the poor and minorities) but couldn't care less about "corporate responsibility"? Whose "irresponsibilities" have caused more damage to our nation: those of the individual or those of our major corporations?
