How the hell did this happen? Isn't Adam Smith's invisible hand supposed to take care of these problems without government interference? How many other crooks have fleeced investors because the SEC wasn't doing their job?
Can the SEC Chairman, notable idiot Chris Cox, be punished for his and his agency's inability to do their job?
