The gay adoption ban in the state of Florida has been ruled unconstitutional. Prepare for the conservatives to begin their typical complaints about "legislating from the bench" and so on. The fact of the matter is that without the protection of the court, civil rights in this country would have been decimated a long time ago. It is about time that those rights are given to the GLBT community.
