Jonathan Singer has a fascinating article up today about John McCain. It seems that Rick Santorum is concerned about John McCain supporting Barack Obama. In fact, he thinks that to rehabilitate his image, he might become Obama's point man in the Senate for "bi-partisanship". Singer thinks there may be something to it.
After the campaign he ran, it would clearly be little more than a cold, cynical PR move. Still, when it benefits my side, I have no problems with cold, cynical PR moves.
