Which states have the highest teen birth rates? Well, in the top ten are Mississippi, Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky and Georgia. Congratulations to the bible belt. I trust that our major religious group will continue to do everything they can to make sure that contraceptive information is nearly unattainable to ensure more pregnancies and that abortions are hard to come by so that more of these pregnancies are brought to term. Hats off.
