Republican Senators have decided to tank the economy by forcing GM and Chrysler into bankruptcy. Who are they blaming? The unions.

More specifically, it's the Senators from Alabama and Kentucky who have decided to scuttle this thing. What will it take to satisfy them? The total destruction of our economy?
