At this point, it's hard to take anything that Sarah Palin says seriously. When someone is shown over and over again to be a liar, how can you ever believe anything they say? How can the media continue to take this harpy seriously? How can she be treated as anything other than a joke?

One little myth of Palin's moderation is that she supports benefits for same sex couple. That's funny. In the 2006 election for Governor of Alaska, she had something different to say.

(S)he would support a ballot question that would deny benefits to homosexual couples. "I believe that honoring the family structure is that important," Palin said.

Put aside the bigotry if you can and focus on the lie. Perhaps she is as dumb as we think she is. If she thinks she can say whatever she wants depending upon the audience watching ... apparently she can.
